JongQue ("we," "our," or "us") operates the jongque.com website and the JongQue booking platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, whether as a business owner (Merchant) or an end user (Customer).
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you use LINE Login, we receive your LINE user ID and display name.
Business Information: Merchants provide business name, type, address, operating hours, and service/resource details to set up their shop page.
Booking Data: We collect booking details including dates, times, selected resources, and transaction amounts to process and manage reservations.
Usage Data: We automatically collect device type, browser information, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns to improve our services.
We use collected information to provide and maintain the booking platform, process reservations and transactions, send booking confirmations and reminders, improve and personalize your experience, communicate important updates about our services, and generate anonymized analytics for business insights.
We share booking information between Merchants and their Customers as necessary to fulfill reservations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (such as Supabase for hosting, Resend for email delivery) who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, role-based access controls, and audit logging for PRO and BUSINESS tier accounts.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Merchants may export their data (BUSINESS tier). You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@jongque.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies may be used to understand platform usage patterns.
Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@jongque.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
