1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans on JongQue, including the Founding Partner Lifetime package, come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund requests are processed on a per-account basis. If you have multiple subscriptions or purchases, each is subject to its own 30-day window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@jongque.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund amount will be the full purchase price. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Credits and Add-Ons

Purchased credits that have not been consumed are eligible for a refund within the 30-day guarantee period. Credits that have already been used (e.g., for Bank API verification) are non-refundable as they represent third-party costs already incurred.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, unless you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.

7. Founding Partner Lifetime License

The Founding Partner Lifetime license is a one-time payment for perpetual access. This purchase is also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After the 30-day period, the lifetime license is non-refundable as it grants permanent access to the platform.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
