By accessing or using the JongQue platform ("Service"), operated by JongQue ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
JongQue is an online booking and queue management platform that enables service businesses ("Merchants") to accept reservations and manage resources, and enables end users ("Customers") to book services, places, and products online.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Merchants must be legally authorized to operate their business. Each individual may register only one account unless authorized by JongQue.
JongQue offers tiered subscription plans (STARTER, PRO, BUSINESS). The STARTER plan is free with limited booking quotas. Paid plans are billed monthly. We charge zero commission (0% GP) on all transactions processed through the platform. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Merchants agree to provide accurate business and resource information, honor confirmed bookings made through the platform, comply with all applicable Thai laws and regulations, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and keep operating hours and availability information up to date.
Customers agree to provide accurate contact information for bookings, show up on time for confirmed reservations or cancel within the merchant's cancellation policy, and use the platform in good faith without attempting to abuse or manipulate the booking system.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Merchant and displayed on their shop page. JongQue facilitates but does not determine refund eligibility. Disputes between Merchants and Customers should first be resolved directly between the parties. JongQue may mediate disputes at its discretion.
The JongQue platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of JongQue and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Merchants retain ownership of their business content (images, descriptions, pricing). By uploading content, Merchants grant JongQue a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person or entity, to transmit malware or harmful code, to scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission, to interfere with the operation of the Service, or to create fraudulent bookings or manipulate reviews.
JongQue provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between Merchants and Customers, service quality provided by Merchants, loss of data beyond our reasonable control, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@jongque.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Merchants should export their data before account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
